Support for new Install Referrer API

This was supported before google deprecated in March, previously we could track UTM details when an android user would download the app. Are there plans to add support? https://developers.google.com/analytics/devguides/collection/android/v4/campaigns

You can get this now via react-native-device-info if you like, and for Invertase folks following along here you should check the follow-on PRs so as not to suffer the same crashes we did when we implemented it "correctly" (we thought, but there are more exceptions than you expect...) https://github.com/react-native-community/react-native-device-info/pulls?q=is%3Apr+install+referrer+is%3Aclosed
